Section D-9. Reproduction of appellate records and briefs

Under 3 R. Stat. § 121.207, the Clerk may separately fix and administer the actual charge for reproduction of appellate records and briefs. Before collecting it, the Clerk must publish:
1.§
the per-page or per-item rate;
2.§
the media or delivery method;
3.§
any certification charge and its authority;
4.§
exemptions and waiver procedure;
5.§
the effective date; and
6.§
a statement that free inspection and accessible electronic copies remain available to the extent required by law.
A reproduction charge must reflect the service rendered and must not be used as a filing, access, or research fee.
