Section D-6. Waiver

1.§
The fee owner requests waiver through the portal route using Appendix C-13.
2.§
A request does not change filing status or time.
3.§
The Clerk must grant waiver when law provides an exemption or payment would materially obstruct constitutional access to justice.
4.§
A granted waiver changes the assessment to Waived; it is not a payment.
5.§
A denial must state reasons and is reviewable under Rule 32(e).
6.§
Protected financial information must not be placed on the public register.
