When the authenticated filer’s official role is one of the following and is being used for authorized official business, the portal records a zero-dollar assessment at Paid status:
1.§
JUDGE;
2.§
CLERK;
3.§
STATE_ATTORNEY; or
4.§
ADMIN.
An official may not use an exempt account for a private filing. An incorrectly claimed exemption may be corrected by a fee decision but does not alter the filing time.
