About the Court
The Supreme Court of Ridgeway is the court of last resort for the State of Ridgeway. It hears appeals from the Superior Court and exercises original jurisdiction over extraordinary writs — mandamus, prohibition, and habeas corpus — and other original actions of statewide importance.
Jurisdiction
Litigants may petition the Court to review a decision of the Superior Court, file a petition for review, or seek an extraordinary writ. Every appellate matter references the originating Superior Court case, preserving a complete record from trial through final review.
Our Mission
To provide impartial, final review of matters arising under the laws and Constitution of the State of Ridgeway; to ensure the uniform and consistent application of law across the courts of the State; and to safeguard the rights and liberties of the people of Ridgeway.
