  • 2.the change is tested for fee consequences, access, service, and record…
  • 3.filers receive reasonable notice; and
  • 4.a substantive change is adopted under Rule 80(h).

The Clerk must publish the production ECMS code list and last-verification date beside this Appendix. A renamed, added, removed, or remapped code cannot take operative effect until:

1.§

the production system and this Appendix agree;

2.§

the change is tested for fee consequences, access, service, and records;

3.§

filers receive reasonable notice; and

4.§

a substantive change is adopted under Rule 80(h).
