An amended filing uses the closest substantive code and the title Amended [Document Title].

The cover and first substantive page must identify the prior Bates number.

A withdrawal uses NOTICE; it does not delete or change the status of the original filing.
5.§
An OTHER code must not be used to evade the Motion code, a required workflow, or a fee.
