In this section

  • 1.the officer;
  • 2.the source of authority;
  • 3.the UTC entry time;
  • 4.the affected case;
  • 5.the legal character of the record; and
  • 6.any attached signed document.

Orders, judgments, opinions, mandates, summonses, process, filing decisions, and fee decisions are entered through the authorized judicial or Clerk workflow. A Justice or Clerk must not imitate those records through an ordinary party filing code when a controlled workflow exists. If no controlled workflow exists, the authorized officer must use an authenticated administrative entry that identifies:
