Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Murder in the First Degree)
Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice,
duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in
this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that MIDNIGHTJDMPRO, on or
about October 14, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, did with malice aforethought kill
Arthur_Chen, a peace officer, while Arthur_Chen was discharging a lawful duty, and with
knowledge that Arthur_Chen was a peace officer, contrary to R.C.C. § 3.01.

(Aggravated Battery II)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
MIDNIGHTJDMPRO, on or about October 14, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, did
commit battery against Arthur_Chen, a peace officer, by striking them with gunfire
during an exchange of fire, using a deadly weapon, to wit: a firearm, in the commission
of that offense and causing serious bodily injury prior to the fatal gunshots, contrary to
R.C.C. § 3.08(a)

COUNT THREE
(Aggravated Assault II)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
MIDNIGHTJDMPRO, on or about October 14, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, did
commit assault against Arthur_Chen, a peace officer, by pointing and discharging a
firearm at Arthur_Chen’s vehicle while he occupied it, thereby placing Arthur_Chen in
apprehension of imminent bodily injury, and in doing so did use and exhibit a firearm in
the commission of that offense, contrary to R.C.C. § 3.09(a).

COUNT FOUR
(Obstruction of Justice)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
MIDNIGHTJDMPRO, on or about October 14, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, did
willfully resist, delay, and obstruct Arthur_Chen, a peace officer, in the discharge and
attempt to discharge his duties of his office, by ambushing and killing Arthur_Chen while
he attempted to respond to an active bank robbery, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.16.

(Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
MIDNIGHTJDMPRO, on or about October 14, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, did
knowingly discharge a firearm within the city limits of Sterling Heights, without legal
reason to do so, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.33.

MIDNIGHTJDMPRO, on or about October 14, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, did

draw and exhibit a loaded firearm in the presence of Arthur_Chen in a threatening
manner, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.36.
