Chief Justice of the State
imnotRummy is the Chief Justice of the State and the presiding officer of the Supreme Court of Ridgeway. Under Rid. R. Sup. Ct. 11(a), the Chief Justice presides at the Court's sessions and conferences, supervises its administrative work, assigns the writing of opinions when in the majority, designates the Duty Justice and visiting assignments authorized by law, and summons the Judicial Conference. He sits with the Court in its Special Proceedings Division.
