Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Murder in the First Degree)
Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice,
duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in
this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that PRESXLEYR, on or about
October 1, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, did kill TacLaw01, a peace officer, while they
were discharing a lawful duty, and with knowledge that TacLaw01 was a peace officer,
contrary to R.C.C. § 3.01.

COUNT TWO
(Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
PRESXLEYR, on or about October 1, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, did knowingly
discharge a firearm within the City of Milton and without legal reason to do so, contrary
to R.C.C. § 2.33.

COUNT THREE
(Brandishing)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
PRESXLEYR, on or about October 1, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, did exhibit a
loaded firearm in the presence of TacLaw01 in a threatening manner, contrary to R.C.C. §
2.36.

COUNT FOUR
(Obstruction of Justice)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
PRESXLEYR, on or about October 1, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, did wilfully
obstruct peace officer TacLaw01 in their attempt to discharge a duty of their employment,
namely apprehending and arresting another person, by shooting and killing them,
contrary to R.C.C. § 2.16.
