PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT
Date Written 10/12/2026
Supporting the Case of State of Ridgeway V. PresxleyR
I, AllyCoretti, being duly sworn, state as follows:
INTRODUCTION AND OFFICER BACKGROUND
[1] I am a Detective in the Milton City Police Department and the Detective 1st Grade of the 7th Precinct
Detective’s Squad, (hereinafter “MCPD-DS-7pct”). As a sworn law enforcement officer, certified by the Law
Enforcement Training Center and empowered under oath by the Milton City Police Department, I am capable and
empowered to conduct criminal investigations.
[2] Because this affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable cause in support
of a criminal complaint, I have not included each and every fact known to me concerning this investigation. I have
only set forth the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable cause that the defendant violated the
state criminal laws set forth herein.
PROBABLE CAUSE
[3] On October 1st, 2026, at 21:12 hours EST, the MCPD Detective’s Squad received a criminal tipline
submission from a complainant alleging that the defendant, PresxleyR, on the Date of 10/01/2026 at 16:58:31hrs
EST, used an assault rifle to shoot and kill an on-duty police officer from the Palmer Police Department on the roof
of Maple Ridge Coffee at 6070 Dawson St, the Frederick R. Poole Business District in the City of Milton.
[4] Exhibit A is a film of the alleged event. Beginning at 0:01 in the film, Police Officer TacLaw01 of the Palmer
Police Department is seen on the roof of 6080 Dawson St in the Frederick R. Poole Business District of the City of
Milton.
[5] Exhibit B is an interview with Officer TacLaw01, who shared he was operating under the authority and
within the duties/responsibilities afforded to him as a patrol officer within the PPD at the time and date
aforementioned. Officer TacLaw01 shared that he was wearing a full patrol uniform, including a jacket, seen in
Exhibit C, that displays his police badge and lettering spelling “POLICE” and “PPD.” This jacket was worn by Officer
TacLaw01, identifying him as an active, on-duty, Uniformed Law Enforcement Officer, throughout the entire film
identified as Exhibit A.
[6] As seen in Exhibit A, at 16:58:40hrs EST, the Uniformed Officer TacLaw01 (hereinafter “Victim A”) observed,
on the adjacent rooftop above 6070 Dawson St., three individuals named: velatial (hereinafter “Subject A”), 2XESP
(hereinafter “Subject B”), and the Defendant PresxleyR. The Defendant, Subject A, and Subject B were standing
within close proximity and within the confines of a Boxing Ring. As seen in the film and affirmed by the witness
interview known as Exhibit B, Subject A is seen pointing a Stetson-M1 Assault Rifle at Subject B.

DS-1026-0028 10/12/2026
[7] Seen in Exhibit A at 16:58:44hrs EST, Victim A jumps down and lands in the same Boxing Ring that the
Defendant, Subject A, and Subject B were standing in. At 16:58:45hrs EST, Victim A discharges a TB26 Taser,
striking Subject A, incapacitating them.
[8] Victim A shared during the witness interview, identified as Exhibit B, that they were “attempting to take the
suspect [Subject A] into custody for Brandishing.” Victim A was in the process of enforcing the law at the
aforementioned time and date.
[9] At 16:58:46hrs EST in Exhibit A, the Defendant walks 4 paces away from Victim A and Subject A in a lateral
direction, towards the right of the frame as seen in the film. The Defendant has a Stetson-M1 Assault Rifle
holstered and slung on his back. At the same time the Defendant walks away, Victim A approaches and stands over
Subject A as Subject A is incapacitated by the Taser and lying on the ground.
[10] At 16:58:47hrs EST in Exhibit A, Victim A begins the process of handcuffing Subject A, as observed by the
“E - Handcuff” interaction turning yellow and the interaction progress bar advancing from left to right, as intended
by game mechanism. During this process, the Defendant equips the Stetson-M1 Assault Rifle into his hands and
points it in the direction of Victim A.
[11] As seen in Exhibit A at 16:58:47hrs EST, immediately after pointing the Stetson-M1 Assault Rifle in the
direction of Victim A, the Defendant discharges the firearm a total of four times. Victim A observes the Defendant
point the firearm at him, stops the handcuffing process, and equips a Stetson Cardiac-5. With each discharge of the
Defendant’s firearm, a bullet strikes Victim A, injuring him.
[12] At 16:58:48hrs EST in Exhibit A, Victim A falls to the ground, incapacitated and lethally injured, no longer
with the Stetson Cardiac-5, TB26, or other tools/weapons equipped in their hands.
[13] At 16:58:49hrs EST in Exhibit A, the Defendant is seen continuing to discharge the Stetson-M1 Assault Rifle
at Victim A as they are lying on the ground, incapacitated and lethally wounded, with no tools, equipment, or
weapons in their hands.
[14] At 16:58:50hrs EST in Exhibit A, the Defendant is seen reloading the assault rifle with additional
ammunition and holstering the weapon by returning it to the sling on their back. Subject A stands up and is
no-longer incapacitated by the effects of the TB26 Taser discharged earlier by Victim A during the
arrest/detainment process.
[15] At 16:58:54hrs EST in Exhibit A, the Defendant is seen walking towards Subject A.
[16] At 16:58:54hrs EST in Exhibit A, Victim A respawns and the Point of View of the film is changed to the
Palmer Police Department locker room.
[17] The film known as Exhibit A ends at 16:59:00hrs EST.
