Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Felony Evasion of a Peace Officer)
Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice,
duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in
this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that WOOFWOOFKADEN, on or
about October 13, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, did steal a clipboard belonging to
the Ridgeway Credit Union, a private business without lawful authority to do so, contrary
to R.C.C. § 4.11.

COUNT TWO
(Receiving Stolen Property)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
WOOFWOOFKADEN, on or about October 13, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway,
did retain a clipboard belonging to the Ridgeway Credit Union, a private business, with
the knowledge that the item had been obtained through the commission of a theft offense,
contrary to R.C.C. § 4.12.
