incident giving rise to this civil action involving Plaintiff and a member of
the Ridgeway National Guard (“RNG”).

3. Plaintiff submits this recording as evidence relevant to the circumstances
surrounding Defendant’s alleged use of deadly force against Plaintiff.
4. Plaintiff represents that Exhibit A is a true and accurate depiction of the
recorded incident, to the best of Plaintiff’s knowledge, and has not been
materially altered in a manner that misrepresents the events depicted.
