Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Felony Evasion of a Peace Officer)
Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice,
duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in
this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that JARRELL212, on or about
October 11, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, did wilfully flee from a peace officer
while they attempted to perform their duties, and in doing so, did endanger the life of
Sergeant RASHHYYYY by negligent using a firearm, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.13.

COUNT TWO
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
JARRELL212, on or about October 11, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, did possess
a Solami submachine gun without being in possession of a valid Advanced Firearm
License, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.29.

COUNT THREE
(Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
JARRELL212, on or about October 11, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, did
knowingly discharge a Solami submachine in the City of Palmer without legal reason to
do so, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.33.

COUNT FOUR
(Brandishing)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
JARRELL212, on or about October 11, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, did exhibit a
loaded Solami submachine gun in the presence of Sergeant RASHHYYYY, and did so in
a threatening manner, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.36.

COUNT FOUR
(Murder in the First Degree)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
JARRELL212, on or about October 11, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, did
knowingly shoot and kill Sergeant RASHHYYYY, while they were engaged in the
performance of their lawful duties, and with knowledge that Sergeant RASHHYYYY
was a peace officer, contrary to R.C.C. § 3.01.
