CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Official Misconduct)
Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice,
duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in
this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that COMMANDERZIP, on or
about October 2, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, did commit an act relating to their
office as a public servant in the Ridgeway National Guard, but that said act constituted an
unauthorized exercise of their official functions, knowing that such an act is
unauthorized. To wit: COMMANDERZIP used RNG equipment, but did so incorrectly
and unprofessionally, and further, COMMANDERZIP detained a police officer without
authorization, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.15.

COUNT TWO
(Disorderly Conduct)
And Further, Detachment_Result, First State Attorney for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
COMMANDERZIP, on or about October 2, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, did
intentionally hinder the movement of PATOTHE1ST while on public property, to wit: by

discharging a taser at PATOTHE1ST, causing them to become immobilized, and
continuing to keep them immobilized on the ground.
