authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on
his official oath informs the said Court that on or about Oct 5th, 2026, that the defendant
LYDIA234501, Did unlawfully commit Joyriding By Driving Yrayku’s dark red Visco Luxor
[GLK-504] Vehicle without his consent and headed to South Palmer City where she stopped at
Palmer Car Dealership and abandoned Victim's car in Palmer Car Dealership in violation of
R.V.C. § 7.03, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.
