Training Center since 2026-07-02. His timezone is UTC–05:00.
2. Petitioner nahhimnotdiff is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. Her timezone is

JURISDICTION AND VENUE
3. This court, which is the Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway, shall "shall exercise
original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or controversies under the rules as set
by the Supreme Court", Rid. Const., Art. Ⅴ, § Ⅳ, and it shall have original jurisdiction
over, among other things, "any controversy not otherwise falling within the jurisdiction of
the Supreme Court, Administrative Court, or Magistrate Court as set forth by law". See
generally The Judiciary Act of 2026 § 302, S.B. 002, 11th Sen. (2026); 3 R. Stat. §
131.104(a–e). As the controversy is actionable here, and the controversy took place
within the State of Ridgeway, jurisidiction and venue are therefore proper.
4. This court also has the power to grant writs such as habeas corpus. Rid. Const., supra, at
§ Ⅳ; see also 7 R. Stat. § 133.001.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
5. On September 26th, 2026, at 2:43 p.m. (UTC+02:00), Petitioner nahhimnotdiff was in
Sterling Heights, Ridgeway.
6. Petitioner was handcuffed by Ridgeway National Guardsman Pvt. kikoyatco02 on
Redwood St. in front of Respondent LocKingMari.
7. Petitioner could not chat with kikoyatco02 because they could not see each others' chats.
8. Both kikoyatco02 and LocKingMari saw that Petitioner bore a loaded Stetson Cardiac-5
submachine gun without a flashlight. In Ridgeway, a flashlight on a gun signals that it
was dispensed from a government agency, which makes it goverment-issued equipment,
the unauthorized possession of which is a felony. R.C.C. § 2.26 ("Whoever possesses any
government-issued equipment in any off-duty or civilian storage device, capacity, or
other inventory, when that possession is not authorized by State law or departmental
policy.")
9. Petitioner was taken to the RCSO Sub Station, where she was put into a cell because she
asked for a RCSO supervisor to come.
10. Respondent LocKingMari was told what happened from kikoyatco02, who was in the
room with him.
11. RCSO Lt. nisicult came inside the building. Petitioner could not chat with nisicult
because they could not see each others' chats.
12. Respondent ran Petitioner's name and saw that she did not have a RFLID. See Exh. 3.
13. At 2:53 p.m., RCSO Lt. nisicult then booked Petitioner for the felony of Unlawful
Possession of Government-Issued Equipment. The arrest's record is 2026926dbb13956a,
and the description read, "Within Sterling City Limits; Sterling Hub; Suspect was seen
pulling out a weapon during an active shootout in what it is assumed to be an attempt to
help her friends during the shootout. The suspect was shortly detained after attempting to
evade by a RNG and given to me for arrest; RCSO Sub."

GROUNDS FOR REMEDY
14. The felony of Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment is "Whoever
possesses any government-issued equipment in any off-duty or civilian storage device,
capacity, or other inventory, when that possession is not authorized by State law or
departmental policy." R.C.C. § 2.26.
15. While Respondent saw that Petitioner bore a Stetson Cardiac-5 submachine, Ante, at ¶ 8,
and he knew that Petitioner did not have an AFL or a RFLID, Id., at ¶ 12, Respondent did
not see that Petitioner had the Stetson Cardiac-5 in "storage device, capacity, or other
inventory, when that possession is not authorized by State law or departmental policy."
16. Further, Respondent also knew that Stetson Cardiac-5 bore by Petitioner did not have a
flashlight, which would indicate it was dispensed from a government agency and is
therefore government-issued.
17. Because the Stetson Cardiac-5 did not have a flashlight, it was not government-issued,
and there was therefore no probable cause to book Petitioner for this felony.
18. Therefore, this charge lacks probable cause.
PRAYER FOR REMEDY
19. Under the authority of this Court to "direct that the arrest be vacated," Rid. Rule Civ.
Proc. 56(3)(10), Petitioner prays for this court to VACATE the arrest at Ante, at ¶ 13;
Exhs. 5-7.
Respectfully submitted,
nahhimnotdiff
