Your affiant, being duly sworn, depose and state that the facts supporting this belief are as follows:
1. My name is fobagosalot. I am a certified peace officer by the Law Enforcement Training Center. I
am currently employed in the Ridgeway State Police as a Special Agent for the State Bureau of
Investigations. I have been employed in the Ridgeway State Police since September 14th, 2026. As
a certified law enforcement officer, I am authorised to conduct investigations.
2. This affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, information provided to me by other law
enforcement agents and my training and experience, as well as the training and experience of
other law enforcement agents.
3. This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against bscjfdshghhgg for violations of
the aforementioned statutes.
4. Because this affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable cause in
support of a criminal complaint, I have not included every fact known to me concerning this
investigation. I have only set forth the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable
cause that the Defendant violated the state criminal laws set forth herein.

5. On 10/04/2026, at approximately 1616 hours BST, I was on duty as a law enforcement officer and
observed the defendant shooting and subsequently killing a law enforcement officer identified as
‘AyoJerryyy’ who had taken a suspect to booking.
6. Count 1, First Degree Murder. I was on-duty and patrolling the area of Sterling Heights when a
panic activation came over the radio, the location was identified as ‘RCSO SUB-STATION,
STERLING HEIGHTS’. Having been seconds away I responded to the location. As I arrived there was
on-going gun fire and I observed the defendant discharging their solami firearm at the deputy. The
defendant ultimately killing the deputy, as per the state code this act is defined as First Degree
Murder as per the following definition ‘ Whoever kills another— in the course of committing or
attempting to commit kidnapping, burglary, robbery, arson, obstruction, or retaliation; or who is a peace
officer or civil service employee discharging a lawful duty, with the knowledge that said person is a
peace officer or civil service employee; with malice aforethought.’. The law enforcement officer
killed was wearing their full uniform and in a marked department vehicle with the emergency
lighting system activated. Multiple magazines of bullets were discharged by the defendant
without provocation; this was ultimately in order to circumvent the arrest of the individual the
deputy had detained.
7. In relation to count 2, again First Degree Murder. Following this shoot out, the defendant shot and
killed myself, Special Agent fobagosalot, who was wearing plain clothes but identifiable as a law
enforcement officer by the badge on their hip and the activated emergency lighting on their patrol
vehicle.
8. Count 3, Second Degree Murder. During this incident, the defendant shot and killed a civilian who
was under arrest by the name of ‘eilaaa6767’, this is defined in the state code as ‘intentionally or
knowingly causes the death of an individual; or intentionally causes serious bodily injury and commits
an act clearly dangerous to human life which causes the death of an individual; or while committing or
attempting to commit a felony, other than manslaughter, and in the course of and in furtherance of the
commission or attempt, or in immediate flight from the commission or attempt, commits or attempts to
commit an act clearly dangerous to human life. ‘ The important part of this definition is ‘intentionally
or knowingly causes the death of an individual’ as well as ‘while committing or attempting to
commit a felony’. The defendant discharged their Solami firearm at the vehicle the victim was
sitting in which was an intentional act and resulted in the victim’s death.
9. Count 4, Obstruction of Justice is defined as ‘willfully resists, delays, or obstructs any public
officer, peace officer, or paramedic, emergency medical technician, or emergency medical
responder in the discharge or attempt to discharge any duty of his or her office or employment; or
who willfully acts to interfere with the process of justice.’ In the state code, the deputy was

transporting a suspect to the booking area of the RCSO sub-station and as such the defendant’s
actions by shooting and killing the two law enforcement officers and the detained person willfully
obstructed the deputies duties and as such I find probable cause for this charge as well.
10. Count 5, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm: Following the incident, I conducted a records check
with the Ridgeway State Police database, and discovered that the Defendant does not hold an
active AFL license. Based on my training and experience, I know that the Solami is a submachine
gun capable of automatic fire, and requires an AFL to possess.
11. Count 6, Brandishing: Based on my observations, I saw that the Defendant had exhibited a loaded
Solami firearm in the presence of others, including myself, AyoJerryyy, and the victim, and that
their conduct was threatening, by repeatedly pointing the gun at others and shooting them with it.
12. Count 7, Aiding Escape: Prior to the shooting, AyoJerryyy had taken the victim into custody, and
was actively transporting them to the RCSO Sub-Station for processing when the Defendant
attacked. The Defendant caused the victim to be killed, thus freeing them from law enforcement’s
custody. AyoJerryyy was unable to keep the victim in custody as a result.
13. Count 8, Trespassing: Based on my training and observations, I know that the RCSO Sub-Station
has restricted areas, namely the employee parking lot. There are multiple posted signs at the
entrance to the parking lot.
The evidence of which were referenced in the aforementioned statement are as follows.
# Exhibit Identification
1 Exhibit A
Film identified as “Untitled” which shows the incident that took place at RCSO Sterling
Sub-Station and evidences all four charges, the first degree murder of two police officers
and the second degree murder of a civilian and the obstruction of justice relating to the
incident.
