Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Murder in the First Degree)
Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway Department of
Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled
case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that BSCJFDSHGHHGG,
on or about October 4, 2026, did knowingly shoot and kill AYOJERRYYY, a peace
officer while engaged in the performance of their official duties, contrary to R.C.C. §
3.01.

(Murder in the First Degree)
And Further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
BSCJFDSHGHHGG, on or about October 4, 2026, did knowingly shoot and kill
FOBAGOSALOT, a peace officer while engaged in the performance of their official
duties, contrary to R.C.C. § 3.01.

COUNT THREE
(Murder in the Second Degree)
And Further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
BSCJFDSHGHHGG, on or about October 4, 2026, did intentionally shoot and kill
EILAAA6767 with a Solami submachine gun, contrary to R.C.C. § 3.02.

COUNT FOUR
(Obstruction of Justice)
And Further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
BSCJFDSHGHHGG, on or about October 4, 2026, did wilfully act to interfere with the
process of justice, to wit: by attacking and killing a peace officer while in the process of
transporting a detainee to the RCSO Sub-Station, contrary to R..C.C. § 2.16.

COUNT FIVE
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
And Further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
BSCJFDSHGHHGG, on or about October 4, 2026, did possess a Solami submachine
gun without having a valid Advanced Firearm License, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.29.

COUNT SIX
(Brandishing)
And Further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
BSCJFDSHGHHGG, on or about October 4, 2026, did exhibit a loaded firearm in the
presence of others in a threatening manner, to wit: by pointing the firearm at others and
discharging it in their direction, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.36.

COUNT SEVEN
(Aiding Escape)
And Further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
BSCJFDSHGHHGG, on or about October 4, 2026, did wilfully assist EILAAA6767
from the custody of a peace officer by shooting and kill them, thus releasing them from
the custody of a peace officer, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.06.

COUNT EIGHT
(Trespassing)
And Further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
BSCJFDSHGHHGG, on or about October 4, 2026, did knowingly enter the employee
parking lot of the RCSO Sub-Station, a place as to which notice against trespass is given
by posted signs.
