MOTION TO REVOKE OR REVISE PRETRIAL RELEASE
No condition or combination of conditions of release would reasonably ensure the appearance of
the defendant for later hearings or prevent the defendant from being charged with a subsequent
felony or misdemeanor.

Rid. R. Crim. P. 7.1(8) and to revoke or revise its current Order authorizing na7hiel_vx’s release.
The State further moves this Honorable Court to issue an Order to Show Cause for Indirect
Criminal Contempt as provided under Rid. R. Crim. P. 7.1(8)(2) and Rid. R. Crim. P. 43; and to,
