The State Attorney of Ridgeway County, Ridgeway, hereby accuses the above
named defendant of the following criminal offenses:
Count 1
On or about September 24, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the
crime of Murder in the First Degree in violation of R.C.C. § 3.01, a Felony, was committed
in that VEROGAMESTUDIOS did unlawfully kill SIMPLYYDEVON, an on-duty Ridgeway
Parks Service employee, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.
Count 2
On or about September 24, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the
crime of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29, a Misdemeanor,

was committed in that VEROGAMESTUDIOS did unlawfully possess a shotgun bearing
resemblance to a Barrage 1014 while not in possession of a valid RFLID, against the
peace, government, and dignity of the State.
Count 3
On or about September 24, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the
crime of Evasion of a Peace Officer in violation of R.C.C. § 2.14, a Misdemeanor, was
committed in that VEROGAMESTUDIOS did unlawfully elude on foot from on-duty law
enforcement officers who had activated their vehicles’ Emergency Lighting Systems
(ELS), clear identifying themselves as law enforcement officers performing their official
duties, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

NOTICE: Conviction of an offense charged herein may carry the penalties prescribed by

All of which is contrary to the statute in such cases made and provided, and
against the peace and dignity of the People of the State of Ridgeway.
I declare that an investigation has been conducted to determine if said
Defendant(s) did commit the stated crime, which reports are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and that the facts therein show probable cause that
the said Defendant(s) did commit the crime. Your declarant requests the issuance of a
Warrant of Arrest either if said Defendant(s) do not appear voluntarily in response to an
appearance letter, or if no appearance letter was issued.
Discovery Request: Pursuant to the applicable discovery statute, the People
are hereby informally requesting that defense counsel provide reciprocal discovery to
the People as required by law.
