CRIMINAL INFORMATION
The State Attorney of Ridgeway County, Ridgeway, hereby accuses the above
named defendant of the following criminal offenses:
Count 1
On or about September 22, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the
crime of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29, a Misdemeanor,
was committed in that TRISTAN_TBH did unlawfully possess an unequipped Stetson
M2-A upon a voluntary search for entry into the courtroom at Palmer County Hall. As
Stetson M2-As can only be obtained from illegal firearms dealers or from law
enforcement sources, the defendant’s possession of a Stetson M2-A is unlawful under
R.C.C. § 2.29 against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

All of which is contrary to the statute in such cases made and provided, and
against the peace and dignity of the People of the State of Ridgeway.
I declare that an investigation has been conducted to determine if said
Defendant(s) did commit the stated crime, which reports are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and that the facts therein show probable cause that
the said Defendant(s) did commit the crime. Your declarant requests the issuance of a
Warrant of Arrest either if said Defendant(s) do not appear voluntarily in response to an
appearance letter, or if no appearance letter was issued.
Discovery Request: Pursuant to the applicable discovery statute, the People
are hereby informally requesting that defense counsel provide reciprocal discovery to
the People as required by law.
On this day October 5, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, I certify and declare
