CRIMINAL INFORMATION
The State Attorney of Ridgeway County, Ridgeway, hereby accuses the above
named defendant of the following criminal offenses:
Count 1
On or about October 5, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the crime
of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Sell in violation of R.C.C. § 2.30, a
Felony, was committed in that NA7HIEL_VX did unlawfully possess a quantity of Stetson
M2-As greater than ten (10) as well as one (1) Micro SMG. As both Stetson M2-As and
Micro Submachineguns are only able to be purchased from an illegal weapons dealer,
the possession of greater than ten (10) unlawful firearms is in violation of R.C.C. § 2.30
against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

On or about October 5, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the crime
of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29, a Misdemeanor, was
committed in that NA7HIEL_VX did unlawfully possess Komrad assault slug upon their
back. As Komkard assault rifles are only able to be purchased from an illegal weapons
dealer, the possession of the unlawful firearm is in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29 against the
peace, government, and dignity of the State.

All of which is contrary to the statute in such cases made and provided, and
against the peace and dignity of the People of the State of Ridgeway.
I declare that an investigation has been conducted to determine if said
Defendant(s) did commit the stated crime, which reports are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and that the facts therein show probable cause that
the said Defendant(s) did commit the crime. Your declarant requests the issuance of a
Warrant of Arrest either if said Defendant(s) do not appear voluntarily in response to an
appearance letter, or if no appearance letter was issued.
Discovery Request: Pursuant to the applicable discovery statute, the People
are hereby informally requesting that defense counsel provide reciprocal discovery to
the People as required by law.
