Pursuant to Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 37(2), Plaintiff's undersigned counsel files this
application for default judgment. He has sworn under the penalty of Perjury, a conviction only
felony enforced with 20 minutes of imprisonment and/or a fine of RW$2,500, R.C.C. § 2.10, the
following:

2. The sole defendant in this civil action, who is Defendant djnisnn, is sued in his official
capacity as an officer of the Milton City Police Department. See Complaint in RA4ZERR
v. djnisnn, No. RSC-CV-6755 (Rid. Super. Ct. 2026), ECF No.
BATES-20260805-5323474824, p. 1, ¶ 1.
3. Defendant and the other appropriate individuals have been served on 2026-08-05. See
Proof of Service, BATES-20260805-2201533697.
4. As the record and the rules reflect, Defendant has had 4 days from service to file an
answer. He has not filed an answer.
5. As the record reflects, Defendant has appeared in the case channel. FURTHER
AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
