The State Attorney of Ridgeway County, Ridgeway, hereby accuses the above
named defendant of the following criminal offenses:
Count 1
On or about September 23, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the
crime of Aggravated Assault II in violation of R.C.C. § 3.09(a), a Felony, was committed
in that TONIDELTORO did unlawfully disharge multiple shots from their weapon at the
responding officers.
Count 2
On or about September 23, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the
crime of Reckless Driving in violation of R.V.C. § 3.01, a Misdemeanor, was committed

in that TONIDELTORO did unlawfully and recklessly operate their vehicle. They have
drove offroad, committed speeding and changed lanes in a place where it is forbidden to
(through full line).
Count 3
On or about September 23, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the
crime of Evasion of a Peace Officer in violation of R.C.C. § 2.14, a Misdemeanor, was
committed in that TONIDELTORO did unlawfully flee away in their vehicle from a Law
Enforcement Officer after being signaled to stop. .
Count 4
On or about September 23, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the
crime of Driving Wrong Way in violation of R.V.C. § 2.07, a Misdemeanor, was
committed in that TONIDELTORO did unlawfully enter the and drive in the opposite
direction, for the duration of approximately 3 seconds.

All of which is contrary to the statute in such cases made and provided, and
against the peace and dignity of the People of the State of Ridgeway.
I declare that an investigation has been conducted to determine if said
Defendant(s) did commit the stated crime, which reports are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and that the facts therein show probable cause that
the said Defendant(s) did commit the crime. Your declarant requests the issuance of a
Warrant of Arrest either if said Defendant(s) do not appear voluntarily in response to an
appearance letter, or if no appearance letter was issued.
Discovery Request: Pursuant to the applicable discovery statute, the People
are hereby informally requesting that defense counsel provide reciprocal discovery to
the People as required by law.
