The State Attorney of Ridgeway County, Ridgeway, hereby accuses the above
named defendant of the following criminal offenses:
Count 1
On or about September 23, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the
crime of Reckless Driving in violation of R.V.C. § 3.01, a Misdemeanor, was committed
in that HUSHKER did unlawfully operate his vehicle in such manner, way and conduct
that has been with due disregard for the safety of him and others.
Count 2
On or about September 23, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the
crime of Obstruction of Justice in violation of R.C.C. § 2.16, a Felony, was committed in

that HUSHKER did unlawfully change lanes at high, resulting in a high-speed collision
with the Officer. As a direct result of this Collision, the Officer’s vehicle was brought into
a full stop, causing to lose eyes of the pursued vehicle and thus forcing the termination
of the pursuit..

All of which is contrary to the statute in such cases made and provided, and
against the peace and dignity of the People of the State of Ridgeway.
I declare that an investigation has been conducted to determine if said
Defendant(s) did commit the stated crime, which reports are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and that the facts therein show probable cause that
the said Defendant(s) did commit the crime. Your declarant requests the issuance of a
Warrant of Arrest either if said Defendant(s) do not appear voluntarily in response to an
appearance letter, or if no appearance letter was issued.
Discovery Request: Pursuant to the applicable discovery statute, the People
are hereby informally requesting that defense counsel provide reciprocal discovery to
the People as required by law.
