Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT One
(Official Misconduct)
EthanPfeifferMD, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly authorized and
empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath
informs the said Court that on or about September 15th, 2026, that the defendant AXCFTP
knowingly and willfully refrained from performing a duty both imposed and inherent in the
nature of his public office as a law enforcement officer in and for the State of Ridgeway, to wit;
AXCFTP failed to seize an unlawfully possessed Stetson M2-A from DEADAKM who he had
detained, and further, failed to place DEADAKM under arrest for the unlawful possession of a
firearm. The defendant’s actions are in violation of RCSO Handbook Section 504 and R.C.C. §
2.15, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNT TWO
(Involuntary Manslaughter)
EthanPfeifferMD, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly authorized and
empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath
informs the said Court that on or about September 15th, 2026, that the defendant AXCFTP
detained DEADAKM who unlawfully possessed a Stetson M2-A, and failed to seize said
Stetson M2-A or effect an arrest upon DEADAKM as the imposed and inherent duties of his
office as a law enforcement officer in and for the State of Ridgeway compel him to do.
AXCFTP released DEADAKM from temporary detention and DEADAKM proceeded to
unlawfully kill LOLBOY133 with the Stetson M2-A AXCFTP failed to seize. As such,
AXCFTP knowingly and willfully ignored an obvious risk that resulted in the death of
LOLBOY133 in violation of R.C.C. § 3.05, against the peace, government, and dignity of the
State.

NOTICE: Conviction of an offense charged herein may carry the penalties prescribed by the
Ridgeway Criminal Code and the Ridgeway Vehicle Code, and may require the defendant to pay
victim restitution as provided by law.
All of which is contrary to the statute in such cases made and provided, and against the peace
and dignity of the People of the State of Ridgeway. I declare that an investigation has been
conducted to determine if said Defendant(s) did commit the stated crime, which reports are
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the facts therein show probable
cause that the said Defendant(s) did commit the crime. Your declarant requests the issuance of a
Warrant of Arrest either if said Defendant(s) do not appear voluntarily in response to an
appearance letter, or if no appearance letter was issued.
Discovery Request: Pursuant to the applicable discovery statute, the People are hereby
informally requesting that defense counsel provide reciprocal discovery to the People as required
by law.
