SUPERSEDING CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Voluntary Manslaughter)
Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway Department of
Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled
case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that ICITRUZX, on or
about July 23, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did cause the death of another
person while in a heat of passion, to wit: by repeatedly shooting a detained person, that
being PATRICKSTARCHEEKS1 during that victim’s detainment for a search warrant,
contrary to R.C.C. § 3.04.

And Further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
ICITRUZX, on or about July 23, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did cause the
death of another person while in a heat of passion, to wit: by repeatedly shooting
DANNYDOESAPPROVE while they were engaged in the execution of a search warrant,
contrary to R.C.C. § 3.04.
