Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state
and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
Godly_Stukov, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly authorized
and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his official
oath informs the said Court that Chigaboos, on or about June 21st, 2026, within the County of
Ridgeway, did unlawfully commit Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by possessing one (1) box
of 5.56mm Ammo, recovered from a dark green Gridlock bearing plate [LVJ343], without
holding a valid Ridgeway Firearms License, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29, against the peace,
government, and dignity of the State.

(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
And the State of Ridgeway further charges that Chigaboos, on or about June 21st, 2026,
within the County of Ridgeway, did unlawfully commit Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by
possessing one (1) box of 5.56mm Ammo, recovered from a dark green Gridlock bearing plate
[LVJ343], without holding a valid Ridgeway Firearms License, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29,
against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

The State of Ridgeway further charges that Chigaboos, on or about June 21st, 2026,
within the County of Ridgeway, did unlawfully commit Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by
possessing one (1) Stetson M2-A, recovered from a dark stone grey Gridlock bearing plate
[XBB251], without holding a valid Ridgeway Firearms License or Armed Firearms License, in
violation of R.C.C. § 2.29, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
The State of Ridgeway further charges that Chigaboos, on or about June 21st, 2026,
within the County of Ridgeway, did unlawfully commit Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by

[XBB251], without holding a valid Ridgeway Firearms License or Armed Firearms License, in

The State of Ridgeway further charges that Chigaboos, on or about June 21st, 2026, within the

without holding a valid Ridgeway Firearms License, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29, against the
peace, government, and dignity of the State.

(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
The State of Ridgeway further charge that Chigaboos, on or about June 21st, 2026, within the

one (1) round of 5.56mm Ammo, recovered from a dark stone grey Gridlock bearing plate
[VWA360], without holding a valid Ridgeway Firearms License, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29,
against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNT SEVEN
(Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment)
And the State of Ridgeway further charges that Chigaboos, on or about June 21st, 2026,
within the County of Ridgeway, did unlawfully commit Unlawful Possession of
Government-Issued Equipment by possessing government-issued equipment in a civilian storage
capacity when such possession was not authorized by State law or departmental policy, to wit:
two boxes of PI 5.56 Ammo recovered from a black Tremor Cobral bearing plate [RSO693], in
violation of R.C.C. § 2.26, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.
