To also be served to the Attorney General, who is AdamStratton, and/or the solicitor generals pursuant to Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 4(4)(4)
The petitioner, whose attorney is thr33six8 esq., has filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. If you
are the above-named respondent, you must appear and defend yourself. You are sued in your official capacity as
a corporal of the Ridgeway County Sheriffs Office because you have arrested petitioner, and petitioner contests
the arrest.

upon the claims in the complaint. See generally Rid. Rule Civ. Proc 37.
Because (1) this is a petition for habeas corpus, there are 24 hours to file a return. See Rid. Rule Civ.
Proc. 56(3)(8). A copy of the petition has been provided alongside this summons.

THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY

THROWMORETHANSIX, an individual,
Petitioner,
-against-
CHEXBURGER, in his official capacity as a

Office,
Respondent.
RSC-CV-8128
PETITION FOR HABEAS CORPUS
Presiding Judge: Hon. N/A
Petitioner throwmorethansix, proceeding with his counsel of record thr33six8, esq.,
hereby files this petition for habeas corpus pursuant to Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 56(3)(1). It is alleged
as follows:
PARTIES
1. Respondent chexburger is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and he is a corporal of the
Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office, which is established by 9 R. Stat. § 331.001 as the
sheriff's office of the County of Ridgeway. He has been employed there since
2026-07-08, and he has held his peace officer certification from the Law Enforcement
Training Center since 2020-12-20. His timezone is either UTC–06:00 or UTC–07:00.
2. Petitioner throwmorethansix is a tourist of the State of Ridgeway. His timezone is
UTC–07:00.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
3. This court, which is the Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway, shall "shall exercise
original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or controversies under the rules as set
by the Supreme Court", Rid. Const., Art. Ⅴ, § Ⅳ, and it shall have original jurisdiction
over, among other things, "any controversy not otherwise falling within the jurisdiction of
the Supreme Court, Administrative Court, or Magistrate Court as set forth by law". See
generally The Judiciary Act of 2026 § 302, S.B. 002, 11th Sen. (2026); 3 R. Stat. §
131.104(a–e). As the controversy is actionable here, jurisidiction is proper.
4. This court is the proper venue because civil actions shall only take place in the county
where the controversy occurs. See 7 R. Stat. §§ 131.001–131.003. Since this takes place
within the County of Ridgeway, a county of the State of Ridgeway pursuant to 9 R. Stat.
§ 321.001, venue is proper.
5. This court also has the power to grant writs such as habeas corpus. Rid. Const., supra, at
§ Ⅳ; see also 7 R. Stat. § 133.001.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
6. On September 23rd, 2026, at 8:15:15 p.m. (UTC–07:00), Petitioner just joined the State
of Ridgeway game, and spawned in the City of Palmer. He did not have anything on him
except a protest sign, which all players get upon joining. He was only wearing a black
graphic t-shirt and black pants.
7. He walked to the car dealership, and he spawned a blue Gridlock.
8. In the parking lot, Respondent chexburger, who was wearing the standard RCSO
uniform, was in a marked Madrigal, closely observed Petitioner.
9. Respondent chexburger saw that Petitioner was not bearing (i.e., carrying around his
person) a firearm.
10. Respondent chexburger only saw Petitioner open the trunk of his vehicle. See Ante, at ¶
6.
11. Respondent chexburger then got out of his vehicle and began running toward Petitioner
with a taser drawn.
12. Respondent chexburger said nothing during the chase. Ante, at ¶ 10.
13. When Petitioner came back into the car dealership, Respondent forcefully handcuffed
Petitioner without saying anything.
14. Respondent took Petitioner to his vehicle, and he was then juggled between RSP Cpl.
Libres and Tpr. dzdreams.
15. Respondent then booked Petitioner for the misdemeanor of Unlawful Possession of a
Firearm, R.C.C. § 2.29. He put the following as the arrest description: "Palmer limits;
Entered trunk of van. Appeared to have strap decal display on front of person. Search
resulted in multiple boxes of ammunition. Tourist with no RFLID; PCD." When
Petitioner's undersigned Attorney saw the record after looking it up at the Palmer Police
Department station, the record's date read: "Sept. 23, 2026, 22:22."
GROUNDS FOR REMEDY
16. Respondent chexburger, as a deputy sheriff empowered to perform, inter alia, warrantless
arrests pursuant to 9 R. Stat. § 331.201(d), arrested Petitioner based upon the behavior
that the deputy observed at Ante, at ¶ 6.
17. Under the Fourth Amendment, which is applicable to the states under the Fourteenth
Amendment, an inquiry into probable cause is an inquiry into the totality of the
circumstances. E.g., Maryland v. Pringle, 540 U.S. 366, 371 (2003) (probable cause
"deals with probabilities and depends on the totality of the circumstances."); Illinois v.
Gates, 462 U.S. 213, 238 (1983) ("...we reaffirm the totality-of-the-circumstances
analysis that traditionally has informed probable-cause determinations.") Such inquiry
begins with "the events leading up to the arrest, and then decide 'whether these historical
facts, viewed from the standpoint of an objectively reasonable police officer, amount to
probable cause." Pringle, supra (quoting Ornelas v. United States, 517 U.S. 690, 696
(1996)). As the arrest seems to have been based upon probable cause of the misdemeanor
of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, R.C.C. § 2.29, the inquiry shall be done in that lens.
18. Respondent chexburger observed Petitioner opening the trunk of his vehicle and nothing
more. Ante, at ¶¶ 9–10. He saw that Petitioner was not carrying a firearm. Ibid.
19. Therefore, there was no probable cause to arrest Plaintiff, and the arrest was invalid under
the Fourth Amendment for a lack of probable cause.
REMEDY
Petitioner requests:
20. that the arrest record 2026924399950be9 be expunged.
Respectfully submitted,
throwmorethansix
