Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
ImikoHiei, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly
authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this
Court, on their official oath informs the said Court that MSGTMASON, on or about
June 19th, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did possess one (1) Barrage 1014
without a valid firearms license.

COUNT TWO
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
ImikoHiei, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly
authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this
Court, on their official oath informs the said Court that MSGTMASON, on or about
June 19th, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did possess four (4) Shell Ammo
without a valid firearms license.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this
Court, on their official oath informs the said Court that MSGTMASON, on or about
June 19th, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did possess seventeen (17) Cline 911s
without a valid firearms license.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
ImikoHiei, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly

Court, on their official oath informs the said Court that MSGTMASON, on or about
June 19th, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did possess twenty five (25) Para 17s
without a valid firearms license.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
ImikoHiei, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly

Court, on their official oath informs the said Court that MSGTMASON, on or about
June 19th, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did possess eighteen (18) 9mm Ammo
without a valid firearms license.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

June 19th, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did possess three (3) 5.56 Ammo
without a valid firearms license.

Court, on their official oath informs the said Court that MSGTMASON, on or about
June 19th, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did possess one (1) Stetson M2-A
without a valid firearms license.
