PETITION FOR FUGITIVE STATUS
I, a law enforcement officer or attorney for the government, have reason to believe that the Defendant,
having satisfied all requirements under 6 R. Stat. § 131.502, is a fugitive and hereby petition for this Court to
declare them as a fugitive from justice under 6 R. Stat. § 131.503. I make this petition on the following basis:
Defendant is accused of an offense or violation by a [ ☑ Criminal Information ☐ Indictment ☐
Military Charge Sheet ] by the State of Ridgeway in the above-listed case pending before this Court. Probable
cause was established of the offenses by [ ☑ the Court ☐ Grand Jury ] on 09/17/202Y with criminal
information BATES-20260917-6911219533.
Defendant was provided proper notice of the proceedings and the requirement of their proceedings by
manner of [ ☑ Criminal Summons ☐ Arrest Warrant ]. Defendant was ordered to appear before the Court by
09/26/2026 at 5:52AM Eastern Standard Time in the Superior Court Discord. That date
having passed, Defendant has still not appeared before the Court and [ ☐ has ☑ has not ] appointed counsel.
Based on the foregoing, your affiant submits that there is clear and convincing belief that the
above-listed Defendant is eluding justice by their lack of appearance before the Court. Therefore, the State of
Ridgeway requests that the above-listed Defendant be declared a fugitive from justice under 6 R. Stat. §
131.505, and all penalties as they are described in 6 R. Stat. § 131.508 be applied by order of the Court.
