IN THE SUPERIOR COURT
FOR THE
STATE OF RIDGEWAY
THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY,
Plaintiff,
v.
THEUNKNOWNSAVAGX,
Defendant.
Docket No. RCS-CM-2381
AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF PROBATION VIOLATION
I, Detachment_Result, acknowledge that this is a statement made in support of the
violation of probation notice in the matter captioned above, pursuant to Rid. R. Crim. P.
7.1(8)(1). The facts and information in this statement are based upon my own knowledge and
observations.
I. STATEMENT
1. On September 24, 2026, the Court imposed pretrial release conditions upon the
defendant, which included to refrain from conduct of the kind charged in the Criminal
Information.
2. The Information in this case charges the Defendant, inter alia, with two counts of False
Personation, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.23
3. Following these conditions, the Defendant was told that should he be arrested for false
personation again, a violation of probation notice would be filed.

4. Within the same hour, while on-duty as a uniformed MCPD Police Officer at the State
Capitol, I observed the Defendant wearing an MCPD Uniform. I know this to be an
MCPD uniform based on the shoulder patches, which were official MCPD insignias.
5. When I approached the Defendant, they told others that he was an MCPD Supervisor. I
know the Defendant is not an employee of the MCPD and is otherwise not permitted to
wear or act as an MCPD officer.
6. Other officers assisted me in bringing the Defendant into custody, who was charged for
false personation.
