INFORMATION
By the Authority of the State of Ridgeway, we charge that, at all times material to this
Information, on or about the dates and at the approximate times stated below:
INTRODUCTION
1. The Defendant, aggressionkult, did unlawfully possess firearms and/or ammunition
without being in possession of the licenses required by R.C.C. § 2.29; unlawfully
possesses an explosive device in violation of R.C.C. § 2.25, possess burglary tools in
violation of R.C.C. § 4.08, and receive, retain, or possess property knowing or having
reason to believe such property had been obtained through theft offense, in violation
of R.C.C § 4.12.
2. The allegations arise from an investigation conducted by the Criminal Investigations
Division of the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office under Case No. CID-0705. THe
Investigation report identifies the incident as occurring on June 21, 2026, at
approximately 23:50 EST; at or involving RCSO Headquarters, Palmer.
3. Information supporting the charges was obtained pursuant to a search warrant issued
by Judge AdamStratton.
COUNT ONE
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm – R.C.C. § 2.29)
4. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 0:02, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one Stetson Cardiac-5 without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of
R.C.C. § 2.29.
COUNT TWO
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm – R.C.C. § 2.29)
5. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 0:02, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one box of .45 ACP ammunition without holding an RFLID or AFL, in
violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.
COUNT THREE
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm – R.C.C. § 2.29)
6. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 0:02, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed a second box of .45 ACP ammunition without holding an RFLID or AFL,
in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm – R.C.C. § 2.29)
7. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock [FWY146],
without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

8. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one additional box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock
[FWY146], without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

9. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one additional box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock
[FWY146], without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

10. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one additional box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock
[FWY146], without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

11. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one additional box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock
[FWY146], without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm – R.C.C. § 2.29)
12. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one additional box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock
[FWY146], without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

13. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one additional box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock
[FWY146], without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

14. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one additional box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock
[FWY146], without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

15. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one additional box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock

16. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant

17. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant

[FWY146], without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

22. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one additional box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock
[FWY146], without holding an RFLID or AFL, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29.

23. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant

25. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one additional box of 5.56 ammunition in the Dark Green Gridlock

26. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:20, in Exhibit A, the Defendant

possessed one explosive charge in a Cocoa Gridlock [FUA443], in violation of R.C.C.
§ 2.25

(Possession of Burglary Tools – R.C.C. § 4.08)
42. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 0:02, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed one lockpick, in violation of R.C.C. § 4.08.
COUNT FORTY
(Receiving Stolen Property – R.C.C. § 4.12)
43. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 5:33, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed a Gold Duffle bags in a Dark Stone Grey Gridlock [JNZ288], in violation
of R.C.C: § 4.12.
COUNT FORTY-ONE
(Receiving Stolen Property – R.C.C. § 4.12)
44. On or about June 21, 2026, at approximately 5:33, in Exhibit A, the Defendant
possessed a additional Gold Duffle bags in a Dark Stone Grey Gridlock [JNZ288], in
violation of R.C.C: § 4.12.
