Plaintiff’s reply to Defendant Rashhyyyy’s response to the Order to Show Cause
R.C.C. § 1.08 punishes disorderly, contemptuous, or insolent behavior committed
during the sitting of a court of justice, in the immediate view and presence of the Court,
that directly tends to interrupt its proceedings or impair the respect due to its authority.
Whoever engages in— disorderly, contemptuous, or insolent behavior
committed during the sitting of a court of justice, in the immediate view and
presence of the court, and directly tending to interrupt its proceedings or to
impair the respect due to its authority;
The statements admitted satisfy the statute. Calling pending judicial proceedings
a “clown show” while directing the statement to the assigned judge is insolent and tends
to impair the respect due to the Court. In this Court, most proceedings and direct
interaction with the judicial officer occur in the Discord ticket channel. Messages directed
at the judge in that channel are therefore made in the immediate view and presence of
the Court.
Defendant’s remaining arguments fail. No specific written order need be
disobeyed; the first prong of § 1.08 independently covers insolent behavior that impairs
respect for the Court’s authority. Continued filing of papers does not erase prior
contemptuous statements. Summary procedure under Rid. R. Crim. P. 43 remains
appropriate because the conduct is established by the exhibits themselves and occurred
where the Court could observe it.
The Response itself contains unfinished sentences and duplicated headings,
undermining its credibility. Defendant’s partial apology for “tone” while denying contempt
does not cure the statutory violation.

Plaintiff’s reply to Defendant Rashhyyyy’s response to the Order to Show Cause
The Defendant’s statements also fall under R.C.C. § 2.16 (Obstruction of Justice),
which reaches any person who “willfully acts to interfere with the process.”
Conclusion
Plaintiff requests that the Court:
1. Find Defendant Rashhyyyy in criminal contempt under R.C.C. § 1.08;
2. Reject the request to discharge the September 9, 2026 Order to Show
Cause;
3. Proceed under Rid. R. Crim. P. 43 if appropriate;
4. Impose the authorized penalties (up to 15 minutes imprisonment and a
$2,000 fine);
5. In the alternative, find Defendant in violation of R.C.C. § 2.16 and impose
the statutory penalty of 15 minutes imprisonment and
6. Grant such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
