Your affiant, being duly sworn, depose and state that the facts supporting this belief are as follows:
1. Your affiant is a Special Agent of the State Bureau of the Investigations with the Ridgeway State
Police and have been so employed since July of 2026. In addition to my employment history
relevant to the case, I serve as Senior Fire Investigator with the Ridgeway County Fire
Department’s Fire Investigations Division, and as a Second Lieutenant for the Ridgeway National
Guard with the 91st Military Police Investigations Company.
2. As a result of my employment, I am an officer of the State of Ridgeway who is empowered by law to
conduct investigations and make arrests for offenses enumerated in titles one through six of the
State of Ridgeway Criminal Code. In addition, as a result of my employment, I have received
training on various matters pertaining to crimes involving fraud within the State of Ridgeway, and I
continue to receive training as investigative techniques continue to evolve.
3. This affidavit is being submitted in support of a criminal complaint alleging that
THEUNKNOWNSAVAGX violated the following state criminal laws:
A) 2 R.C.C § 08 Filing a False Document ON 2 Counts; and
B) 2 R.C.C § 10 Perjury ON 2 Counts; and
C) 2 R.C.C § 23 False Personation ON 2 Counts; and
D) 4 R.C.C § 09 Forgery ON 2 Counts; and
E) 4 R.C.C § 17(b) Criminal Fraud I ON 2 Counts.
4. This affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, information provided to me by other law
enforcement agents, my training and experience, as well as the training and experience of other
law enforcement agents.
5. Because this affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable cause in
support of a criminal complaint, I have not included every fact known to me concerning this
investigation. I have only set forth the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable
cause that the defendant violated the state criminal laws set forth herein.

6. On the 12th of August, 2026, a tipline was submitted by WYNNEBOY2010 (hereinafter “WYNNE” or
“the complainant”) submitted to the State Bureau of Investigations (hereinafter “SBI”) of the
Ridgeway State Police (hereinafter “RSP”) alleging that THEUNKNOWNSAVAGX (hereinafter
referred to as “SAVAGE” or “the accused”) filed a false criminal case to the Superior Courts of the
State of Ridgeway using the name of another.
7. The initial evidence submitted to SBI (Exhibit A) shows a screenshot of the case RSC-CM-6790 on
the rwcourts.org website. In the parties section of the case, it shows “AdamStratton” as the
Defendant while “wynneboy2010” is shown as the Plaintiff. However, at the bottom of the
screenshot at the case filings & orders section, the filer of the initial filing is shown as
“TheUnknownSavagx”, with a document that was uploaded alongside the initial filing.
8. In an interview conducted with WYNNE (Exhibit B), it was uncovered that SAVAGE filed another
false case to the rwcourts.org website alongside the one reported initially through the SBI tipline.
WYNNE was initially unable to provide a copy of the documents SAVAGE uploaded to the
rwcourts.org website, however WYNNE reached out to a Clerk of the Superior Court where the
documents (Exhibits D & E) as well as the backend screenshots of the respective cases (Exhibits G
& H) were provided.
9. The provided documents were misleading, inconclusive, and one of the documents (Exhibit D) was
not even complete and had multiple blanks. Throughout the two documents, it could be seen that
“wynneboy2010” was signed multiple times, however in the interview conducted by WYNNE it was
deemed that the signature was forged and the documents were signed without WYNNE’s
permission. The backend screenshots also proved that both filings were indeed made by SAVAGE.
10. Upon a thorough review of the State’s database and other relevant documents, it is your affiant’s
professional determination that SAVAGE was filing these documents and criminal cases without
permission. SAVAGE was also not a member of the Department of Justice at the time of the
incident, and was not even Bar certified, and therefore was not lawfully authorized to make filings
related to a criminal case. Your affiant also tested the rwcourts.org website in regards to making a
filing, where an electronic signature that declares the person making the filing that everything is
true and correct, and is indeed authorized to make the filing, is required before submitting it to the
website. (Exhibit F)

11. SAVAGE was contacted for an interview (Exhibit C) where he briefly invoked his Fifth Amendment
right to remain silent, and then denied the accusations of making false filings to the rwcourts.org
website. SAVAGE also made threatening comments involving taking WYNNE’S life with firearms
whenever WYNNE was on duty, and after SAVAGE was confronted with the evidence showing that
SAVAGE was the one who made the filing, SAVAGE stated that the evidence was created by
generative Artificial Intelligence, and directed his threatening comments to your affiant. After the
termination of the interview, SAVAGE also offered to pay your affiant to find the investigation
inconclusive (Exhibit I).
12. It is therefore your affiant’s professional opinion that SAVAGE filed these criminal cases to the
rwcourts.org with the malicious intent to commit fraud, deceive others, as well as to waste the
resources of the Superior Courts of the State of Ridgeway. With the comments made throughout
the interview with SAVAGE, as well as other exhibits of the evidence, your affiant as a trained
criminal investigator has probable cause to believe that SAVAGE aforementioned course of actions
is demonstrative of him intentionally making these cases to the rwcourts.org, as opposed to being
done so in a reckless or careless manner.
13. Based on the above facts and circumstances, it is your affiant’s belief that probable cause exists to
warrant a Criminal Complaint to be filed against THEUNKNOWNSAVAGX in violation of:
A) 2 R.C.C § 08 Filing a False Document ON 2 Counts; and
B) 2 R.C.C § 10 Perjury ON 2 Counts; and
C) 2 R.C.C § 23 False Personation ON 2 Counts; and
D) 4 R.C.C § 09 Forgery ON 2 Counts; and
E) 4 R.C.C § 17(b) Criminal Fraud I ON 2 Counts.
14. Based on all the foregoing, I respectfully request a Criminal Complaint be issued on
THEUNKNOWNSAVAGX for the charges described in the immediately foregoing section of this
affidavit.
