MOTION TO PLACE DEFENDANT RASHHYYYY IN CONTEMPT OF COURT
This motion is brought in accordance with Rid. R. Civ. P. 7 and is governed by
R.C.C. § 1.08 (Contempt of Court) and Rid. R. Crim. P. 43.
R.C.C. § 1.08 authorizes the Court, by order, to punish disorderly, contemptuous,
or insolent behavior committed during the sitting of a court of justice, in the immediate
view and presence of the Court, and directly tending to interrupt its proceedings or to
impair the respect due to its authority.
Rid. R. Civ. P. 53(3)(2) expressly provides that conduct occurring in the
immediate view and presence of the Court and tending to interrupt its proceedings is
criminal contempt and is dealt with under Rid. R. Crim. P. 43. Civil contempt under Rule
53 is therefore unavailable.
Conferral and Party Positions
Counsel for Movant has not conferred with the other parties. Defendant
rashhyyyy has continued the complained-of conduct after being warned and/or signaled
to stop. Thus, no agreement has been reached.
Argument
While two Motions to Dismiss remain pending, Defendant rashhyyyy has
repeatedly engaged in the following conduct: characterizing and calling the entire
proceeding as a “clown show”, demanding that the Honourable Arthur_Chen speeds up
the proceedings, so “this clown show can be over”, repeatedly accusing opposing
counsel and the Plaintiff of using Artificial Inteligence as the main source for their
arguments and possibly even for the process, such as by stating: “fighting with Claude
premium” or “Claude DEMON”; calling the Plaintiff a “thug”, advising others to “STEER

CLEAR OF THIS THUG,” and stating that “this case is a final cry for help” and “park your
bus somewhere else” and more, as shown in the exhibit list attached alongside this
Motion.
This conduct is disorderly, contemptuous, insolent and an insult to the respect of
this Court. It occurred in the immediate view and presence of the Court while judicial
business was pending, directly interrupted the orderly progress of the case, and
impaired the respect due to this Court’s authority. It therefore satisfies every element of
R.C.C. § 1.08 and constitutes direct criminal contempt under Rid. R. Crim. P. 43.
Whoever engages in — disorderly, contemptuous, or insolent behavior
committed during the sitting of a court of justice, in the immediate view and
presence of the court, and directly tending to interrupt its proceedings or to
impair the respect due to its authority; a breach of the peace, noise, or
other disturbance directly tending to interrupt the proceedings of the
court...;
Because the conduct falls squarely within the category of in-presence disruption
that, this type of behaviour falls directly under the R. C. C. § 1.08, thus giving the Court
full authority to impose the statutory sanctions of up to 15 minutes imprisonment and a
$2,000 fine, or to proceed summarily under Rid. R. Crim. P. 43.
Conclusion
For the foregoing reasons, Movant respectfully requests that the Court hold
Defendant rashhyyyy in criminal contempt under R.C.C. § 1.08 and impose the
maximum statutory penalties, or in the alternative or in addition proceed summarily
