MP5SOPMODS, in his official capacity as a

COMPLAINT
Presiding Judge: Hon. N/A
Plaintiff thr33six8 hereby files this complaint to commence the above-titled civil action.
It is alleged as follows:
PARTIES
1. Defendant mp5sopmods is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. He is a trooper of the
Ridgeway State Police, where he holds the rank of sergeant.
2. Plaintiff thr33six8 is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. His timezone is UTC–05:00.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
3. This court, which is the Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway, shall "shall exercise
original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or controversies under the rules as set
by the Supreme Court", Rid. Const., Art. Ⅴ, § Ⅳ, and it shall have original jurisdiction
over, among other things, "any controversy not otherwise falling within the jurisdiction of
the Supreme Court, Administrative Court, or Magistrate Court as set forth by law". See
generally The Judiciary Act of 2026 § 302, S.B. 002, 11th Sen. (2026); 3 R. Stat. §
131.104(a–e). As the controversy is actionable here, jurisidiction is proper.
4. This court is the proper venue because civil actions shall only take place in the county
where the controversy occurs. See 7 R. Stat. §§ 131.001–131.003. Since this takes place
within the County of Ridgeway, a county of the State of Ridgeway pursuant to 9 R. Stat.
§ 321.001, venue is proper.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. Before the encounter with Defendant, Plaintiff had two civilian-issued boxes of .45 ACP
in the trunk of his vehicle, which were bought from the AFL dealer at Sterling Gun Club.
When sold at the in-game black market, a civilan-issued box of .45 ACP is worth $88,
and the highest price it can be bought at is at that dealer for $240.
2. Plaintiff also obtained a Barrage 1014 semi-automatic shotgun. The shotgun did not have
a flashlight attached to it. The Barrage 1014 has a black market sell value of $544, and its
price when bought from a gun dealer is around $728.
3. On 2026-09-15, at 10:11 p.m. (UTC+00:00), Plaintiff, who had a Cline 911,
civilian-issued boxes of 9mm, and a RFLID, was in the State of Ridgeway, and
Defendant was on-duty as a sergeant of the Ridgeway State Police.
4. Defendant was leaving RCU when Plaintiff jumped out of his vehicle and shot at
Defendant.
5. After a few shots, Defendant tased Plaintiff, and Plaintiff said "nice shot" as Defendant
took out his department-issued Stetson Cardiac-5 and taunted Plaintiff.
6. When Plaintiff was tased, he was about 24 studs away from his vehicle, which is not
within Ridgeway's distance to interact with a vehicle or its trunk.
7. While Plaintiff was tased, Defendant handcuffed Plaintiff, and put him in the passenger
seat of his ghost Actila.
8. Defendant went to Plaintiff's vehicle, opened its trunk, and seized 2 boxes of
civilian-issued .45 ACP and a Barrage 1014 semi-automatic shotgun.
9. RSP Trooper SovereignLiberator came to the scene, and Plaintiff immediately said, "yo i
got rflid" 1 second after the seizure of the Barrage 1014.
10. Defendant got into the driver's seat of his vehicle and said, "not anymore." Plaintiff
replied, "ex post facto."
11. Defendant then used the MDT inside his vehicle to revoke Plaintiff's RFLID.
12. Defendant drove Plaintiff to RCSO sub. Plaintiff asked Defendant to return the seized
items and offered to not sue, but Defendant did not respond, and he took Plaintiff into
RCSO sub and booked him while RSP Trooper KingAwesomeness16 watched.
TORTS
#1: Official Misconduct (7 R. Stat. § 121.404)
Tortfeasor: Defendant mp5sopmods
13. Defendant was a trooper of the Ridgeway State Police: he was therefore a "public
servant" in the language of the above-cited tort.
14. Defendant did commit an unauthorized act of his authority/office when he seized
Plaintiff's boxes of civilian-issued .45 ACP and Barrage 1014 while Plaintiff had a
RFLID. Defendant had no reason to make this per se unreasonable seizure. See U.S.
Const., Amdt. 4.
15. Therefore, there is a cause of action for the tort of Official Misconduct, of which
Defendant mp5sopmods is the tortfeasor.
#2: Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law (7 R. Stat. § 121.403)
Tortfeasor: Defendant mp5sopmods
16. Plaintiff has a federal constitutional right to bear arms under the Second Amendment of
the U.S. Constitution. U.S. Const., Amdt. 2. He also holds a similiar right under the
Ridgeway Constitution. Rid. Const., Art. Ⅰ, § Ⅻ.
17. Because Defendant's wrongful seizure of the items constitute the tort of Official
Misconduct, and that tortious behavior violated the above-mentioned rights, there is a
cause of action for the tort of Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law, of which
Defendant mp5sopmods is the tortfeasor.
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
Plaintiff is entitled to and requests the following:
1. $368 in punitive damages from Defendant mp5sopmods in his individual capacity
pursuant to 7 R. Stat. § 121.404, and;
2. any other relief that this Court deems proper. See Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 8(1) ("Relief in the
alternative or of several different types may be demanded.")
