State objects to summons only for dpsbadatjob.
Rid. R. Crim. P. 6(2)(4) dictates when a warrant upon an Information may be issued. The State contends
that dpsbadatjob is a known crime alt, with no presence in the community Discord servers. RCSO would be
unable to locate and serve a summons.
A bench warrant should be issued, instructing officers to arrest and bring to a judge if available, or to
direct him to appear in the Court server. The Court should also set a deadline for him to appear (i.e., 48 hours
after the warrant is executed). Otherwise, those with warrants could just avoid court as a loophole.

yes. if this goes to trial, the State can present credible testimony to show dpsbadatjob is a known crime
alt. although not a required element, it would be character evidence. these witnesses would testify on their
repeated encounters with dpsbadatjob and explain what makes an account considered a crime alt.
