SUPERIOR COURT OF RIDGEWAY
COUNTY OF RIDGEWAY

Plaintiff,
vs. PROPOSED—NOT AN ORDER
AlbertWellesley, in his official capacity, — EXPEDITED REVIEW OF
rashhyyyy, TESTIMONY
Complainants (pseudonymous defendants),
Defendants.
Dated September 9, 2026, at 11:51:29 UTC.
Matter presented
The Court considers imnotRummy’s request for an initial protective and
scheduling determination on his emergency nonparty motion. The proposed interim
directions preserve a ruling on admissibility and do not finally establish any privilege,
exclude a witness, or decide a claim or defense. The Court must independently
determine whether expedited or interim relief is warranted.
