1. As of September 9, 2026, at 11:51:29 UTC, I have received no subpoena,
deposition notice, or other notice requiring my attendance to give
testimony in RSC-CV-8427.
2. I present the motion only in my capacity as the proposed nonparty witness.
I seek emergency consideration to protect judicial impartiality, my own
judicial privilege, and the permissible scope of proposed testimony. I do not
offer an opinion about the merits of the claims or defenses, the credibility
of any person, or the disposition of any disciplinary charge.
3. Advance consultation concerning the motion has not been completed, and
the other parties’ positions are unknown. I seek immediate consideration
on the ground stated in the motion and do not represent that any party has
agreed, opposed, failed to respond, or waived an objection.
4. I do not ask to determine my own motion. I do not claim that being named
on the witness list, by itself, establishes either that I am a necessary
