PETITION
Petitioner respectfully petitions this Court for an order expunging the 1 citation(s)

Additional Statement:
I'm a National Guardsman and a certified law enforcement officer. And I believe my ticket is
an entrapment, excessive force and an abuse of power . My colleagues and I were doing our
jobs lawfully when the trooper decide to start following us. Then he decided to start
pulling all of us over for minor infractions for different reasons. My case was different as
I thought the trooper was trying to pull me over but the emergency lane was occupied by my
colleague. Then my colleague decided to pull out of the emergency lane and I wish to pull
into the lane for inspection. Then the trooper stepped out of his vehicle and approached me.
So I decided to just stop here. But he pulled me out without telling me and and gave me a
ticket for failure to yield. If the officer was really trying to respond to an emergency he
would had bypassed me using the fast lane. If I switched lanes to the fast lane I would have
also blocked the trooper and he wouldn't have been able to pass me. So basically I'm
definitely going to get a ticket even if I moved away.I wish the court may force the trooper
to compensate me for his actions and demend this trooper get retrained as he is a reckless
individual who seeks to destroy honest living people's lives. I was needed to report this
incident to each department I was hired and also risking getting banned from working as an

what had happened. I wish the court may closely examine how reckless is this trooper.
