DEMAND FOR DISCOVERY
COMES NOW, the Defendant, by and through his/her undersigned counsel,
iiCryptic_LawMD, pursuant to Rid. R. Crim. P. 14(1)(2) and Rid. R. Crim. P. 13(4)(1), requests
from this Honorable Court the following:
DEMANDS FOR DISCOVERY
1. Counsel for Defense requests the following items from the State:
● Service Records, including disciplinary records and Internal Affairs outcomes
pertaining to DETACHMENT_RESULT, the affiant, to be offered for
impeachment spanning the Affiant’s entire employment within the Milton City
Police Department and any other criminal justice agency current or previous, and
● A tabulated database of every criminal action handled by
DETACHMENT_RESULT, the affiant, to include, in relevant part, to be offered
for impeachment:
○ The case caption and case number,
○ Any relevant dispositive motions and their rulings,
○ The outcome of the matter (voluntary dismissal after dispositive motion
granted, involuntary dismissal, voluntary dismissal generally, dismissal
after verdict, et cetera), and
○ Any other relevant and material information tied to each action.
