Complaint TheUnkownSavagx v. canyoudrown
• Defendant, acting under color of law, intentionally restrained Plaintiff’s
freedom of movement by placing him under arrest and taking him into
custody.
• At the time of the arrest, Plaintiff has been cleared by two independent
sources, which were the metal detector, that has produced a negative
result, and by an officer called nisicult, which has stated that the Plaintiff
was clear.
• Therefore, the arrest was without legal authority or justification, which
satisfies the legal bar and the legal definition to establish a valid tort claim
under the definition of false imprisonment, as defined under 7 R. Stat. §
121.003.
• As a direct result of Defendant’s conduct, Plaintiff suffered deprivation of
liberty and is entitled to compensatory and punitive damages.
7 R. Stat. § 121.003 FALSE IMPRISONMENT — Any individual who,
without legal authority or justification, restrains or restricts a person’s
movement within an area, or restrains the person’s permission commits
false imprisonment and shall be liable for punitive damages of up to
$6,000.00
Count II - Deprivation of rights under the color of law (7 R. Stat. § 121.403)
• Defendant, acting under color of statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or
usage, subjected Plaintiff to the deprivation of rights, privileges, and
immunities secured by the Constitution and laws of the State of Ridgeway,
including the right to liberty and freedom from unreasonable seizure.

proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a
judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial
capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree
was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable.

• The Defendant is a public servant.
