Pursuant to Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 37(2), Plaintiff files this application for default. He has
sworn under the penalty of Perjury, a conviction only felony enforced with 20 minutes of
imprisonment and/or a fine of RW$2,500, R.C.C. § 2.10, the following:
SWORN STATEMENT
1. My timezone is UTC+02:00, but I will use the UTC+00:00 timezone for any timestamps
in this affidavit.
2. The defendants in this civil action are the ones in the caption above.
3. I do not have access to the returns because service was done by RCSO Capt. c4j2y. To
my knowledge, they were served on 2026-08-20, at around 20:20.
4. Defendants had 7 days to file an answer. They have not filed one.
5. Defendants have not filed any pleading within the above-mentioned timeframes.
6. As the record reflects, Defendants have not appeared in the case channel. FURTHER
AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
