PETITION FOR FUGITIVE STATUS
I, a law enforcement officer or attorney for the government, have reason to believe that the Defendant,
having satisfied all requirements under 6 R. Stat. § 131.502, is a fugitive and hereby petition for this Court to
declare them as a fugitive from justice under 6 R. Stat. § 131.503. I make this petition on the following basis:
Defendant is accused of an offense or violation by a [ ☑ Criminal Information ☐ Indictment ☐
Military Charge Sheet ] by the State of Ridgeway in the above-listed case pending before this Court. Probable
cause was established of the offenses by [ ☑ the Court ☐ Grand Jury ] on 08/07/2026.
Defendant was provided proper notice of the proceedings and the requirement of their proceedings by
manner of [ ☑ Criminal Summons ☐ Arrest Warrant ]. Defendant was ordered to appear before the Court
by 08/10/2026 in the Superior Court Discord. That date having passed, Defendant has still not appeared
before the Court.
Defendant was ordered to show cause for their lack of appearance by 08/26/2026. That date having
passed, Defendant has still not appeared before the Court.
Based on the foregoing, your affiant submits that there is clear and convincing belief that the
above-listed Defendant is eluding justice by their lack of appearance before the Court. Therefore, the State of
Ridgeway requests that the above-listed Defendant be declared a fugitive from justice under 6 R. Stat. §
131.505, and all penalties as they are described in 6 R. Stat. § 131.508 be applied by order of the Court.
