INTRODUCTION
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Mr. aspenfun, by and through the undersigned attorney,
respectfully petitions to this Honorable Court, for an order of delinquency against the
Defendant pursuant to 7 R. Stat. § 132.103. In support of this petition, Plaintiff states as
follows:
1. On August 13, 2026, the Clerk of this Court certified and entered default judgement in
favor of Plaintiff against the Defendant pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 37.
2. Defendant was thereby required to satisfy the judgement within seven days, thus making
the deadline August 20, 2026.
3. Plaintiff has attempted to confer with Defendant in order to satisfy the judgement, but has
not received any response. Accordingly, Defendant has failed to satisfy the judgement at
all.

4. Therefore, an order of delinquency is necessary.

AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF PETITION
FOR AN ORDER OF DELINQUENCY

1. I, Detachment_Result, am the attorney for the Plaintiff, Mr. aspenfun in the case of
aspenfun v. Vengeance_zs, RSC-CV-2164.
2. I am authorized by my client, Mr. aspenfun, to help him collect his debt in this matter.
3. I make this statement under the penalty of perjury in the State of Ridgeway for the
purpose of satisfying the requirements 7 R. Stat. § 132.104 and in support of Plaintiff’s
petition for an order of delinquency.
4. There is an outstanding debt, a total of $31,580.00 owed to the Plaintiff by Defendant.
5. The Clerk entered default judgement on August 13, 2026, and to date, the Defendant has
failed to satisfy any of it.
6. I have attempted to confer with the Defendant in order to collect on the debt, but they
have failed to respond.
