I’m not aware of the entire process, aside from creating the document for the summons. I’m aware of
sending it if I’m requested to send it, and would usually put this in <#1481487958313009364> to be sent, but
under the message in this channel (https://discord.com/
channels/955339522936279040/1521655773841592413/1521670086291882064), it wasn’t explicitly
mentioned to send it, but to merely “provide” it.
The summons was provided to be served by the party that requested it, and it didn’t appear that I was

im more concerned about:
1: clerk creates a summons with a specific date to appear, but he's not served it until like 3-4 days later
thus he looses 3-4 days notice/preparation;
2: because the RCSO has yet to summon, this cause is "paused" and instead he has charges looming over
his head. potential employers could see this and impact his ability to get employed.
