ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
THIS MATTER comes before this Court upon review of the record and the apparent failure of
the Plaintiff, Stempiee, to effectuate service of the summons upon Defendant, BrunoMontiel1.
The record does reflect that a summons was issued by the Clerk on or about August 7, 2026, and
made available to Plaintiff for service; however, as of the date of this Order, no proof of service,
waiver of service, or other sufficient showing of completed service appears in the record as filed
by Plaintiff.
Defendant has requested dismissal of this action on the basis of Plaintiff's failure to timely effect
service. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 4(7)(1) of the Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff is hereby
ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why this action should not be dismissed for failure to comply
with the applicable requirements governing service of process, as found in Rule 4(7)(1).
Plaintiff shall, within [7] days of the entry of this Order, file with the Court a written response
demonstrating either that service was timely and properly completed, or that good cause exists
for Plaintiff's failure to effect service within the applicable period. Failure to timely respond to
this Order, or failure to establish sufficient grounds for permitting the action to proceed, may
result in dismissal of this action without further notice. Nothing in this Order shall be construed
as a determination on the merits of Plaintiff's claims or Defendant's defenses. This Court further
notes that any informal proceedings previously conducted outside the formal proceedings of this

Court shall have no dispositive effect upon the present action unless otherwise recognized by an
appropriate order of this Court.
