Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNTS ONE
(Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued Equipment)
Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly authorized and
empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath
informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd, 2026, that the defendant Aanjdmarcus dropped
government issued equipment which was a Stetson M2-M to another person who is not
authorized by state law and department policy to possess that equipment in violation of R.C.C.
§2.28, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS TWO
(Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued Equipment)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd 2026, the defendant dropped
government issued equipment which was a baton to another person who is not authorized by
state law and department policy to possess that equipment in violation of R.C.C. §2.28, against
the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS THREE
(Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued Equipment)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd 2026, the defendant dropped
government issued equipment which was a Para-17 to another person who is not authorized by
state law and department policy to possess that equipment in violation of R.C.C. §2.28, against
the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

(Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued Equipment)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd 2026, the defendant dropped
government issued equipment which were handcuffs to another person who is not authorized by
state law and department policy to possess that equipment in violation of R.C.C. §2.28, against
the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS FIVE

And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd 2026, the defendant dropped
government issued equipment which was a radio to another person who is not authorized by state
law and department policy to possess that equipment in violation of R.C.C. §2.28, against the
peace, government, and dignity of the State.

(Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued Equipment)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd 2026, the defendant dropped
government issued equipment which was a flashlight to another person who is not authorized by
state law and department policy to possess that equipment in violation of R.C.C. §2.28, against
the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS SEVEN THROUGH EIGHT
(Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued Equipment)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd 2026, the defendant dropped
government issued equipment which was two boxes of police grade 9mm ammunition to another
person who is not authorized by state law and department policy to possess that equipment in
violation of R.C.C. §2.28, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS NINE THROUGH TWELVE
(Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued Equipment)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd 2026, the defendant dropped
government issued equipment which was four boxes of police grade 5.56mm ammunition to
another person who is not authorized by state law and department policy to possess that
equipment in violation of R.C.C. §2.28, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS THIRTEEN THROUGH TWENTY FOUR
(Official Misconduct)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd, 2026, the defendant unlawfully
distributed police issued equipment to a not authorized person under state law and department
policy which is committed an unauthorized exercise of their official functions, knowing that such
an act is unauthorized under the department’s policy and the DA-10 Standard Search Agreement
and the DA-10 Acknowledgment in violation of R.C.C. §2.15, against the peace, government,
and dignity of the State.

COUNTS TWENTY FIVE THROUGH THIRTY SIX
(Embezzelment)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd, 2026, the defendant unlawfully
removed and disposed of goods given to him by his employer in violation of R.C.C. §4.13,
against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS THIRTY SEVEN
(Aiding and Abbeding)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 2nd, 2026, the defendant unlawfully
distributed police issued equipment to an unauthorized person which aided the other person in
the commission of a crime in violation of R.C.C. §6.02, against the peace, government, and
dignity of the State.
